STEPS OF GÜLBABA'S JOURNEY
Two founding partners in search of renewal for their business to become a global player decided to redesign their model to adapt in changing music industry.
In a dialogue space, they synthesized their experience together, and global and local trends; redefined their personal and professional purposes.
Based on that sense–making, they reshaped their business model and planned how to implement their transition over 2 years.
Starting from redefining company’s products and services, Gülbaba Music’s co-founders created short and long term action plans. Finally, they prepared their investor pitch and got invested!
