PARTICIPANTS' JOURNEY

20 Qatari next generation leaders enthusiastic about “giving back to society” through social innovation flew over Turkey for the 8-day innovation bootcamp where they made sense of insights from their local context and built their first prototypes working closely with visual designers. They got inspired by witnessing the local social innovation scene in Turkey and local social entrepreneurs they met.
Participants followed Design Thinking steps customised according to their context and needs. Through the experiential process, teams revisited and refined their solution concept from a Human Centered and Systems Thinking point of view; defined the features of their MVP and created prototypes and test plans. They got empowered with tools for each innovation process (team canvas & feedforward, solution concept & value proposition, prioritization, social lean, roadmap for testing)

OUTPUT

Refined solution concept ideas, prototypes and test plans.

IMPACT

Returned back to Qatar with a clear vision and an action plan.
